No delays for dispatch, however our delivery partners Australia Post and Sendle have advised some delays due to high volumes of parcels. Australia Post’s Express Post guarantee is currently experiencing extended delays, however we will find suitable alternatives where possible to achieve similar delivery times to express post.

Why hasn’t my order arrived in the estimated time?

There could be a few reasons why your order is delayed:

  • Please note our estimated delivery times are based on our dispatch date, and our handling time is usually within 1 business day of receiving your order
  • Some rural areas are harder to get to and have extended delivery times
  • For home addresses, please check for your parcel or instruction card for signature required around your property. Sometimes the delivery drivers hide the packages well out of sight to keep them safe. You can also check with your neighbours incase it was accidentally delivered to one of them
  • For business address, check the mailroom or reception for your parcel
  • Check your confirmation email to confirm your delivery address was correct
